ABOUT US

The Bulgarian Triathlon Association is the only structure in Bulgaria that holds the license from the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Bulgarian Olympic Committee and is an official member of World Triathlon.

Our main mission and goal – now and in the future – is to work hard to promote this dynamic and attractive Olympic sport among the public and the guild, but especially among children, youth and adolescents.

The Bulgarian Triathlon Association will continue to actively support the development of the sport on a national scale, as well as to partner with European structures and the International Triathlon Union. We continue the policy of creating initiatives and programs for the development of the sport, focused on the needs of amateur and elite athletes in Bulgaria. We will place a special emphasis on supporting the sports clubs in the Association in all their activities, because we realize that these initiatives will form the foundations on which the athletes and their coaches will build their future success and excellence. Finally, we will continue the policy of support and development of the national team of our country.
